Almost a year ago, my husband and I packed up our lives in Abilene and came back home.
To be honest, I was nervous. After being gone for so long, I wasn't sure what it would be like to return. But when my husband retired and my parents began needing us closer, we knew it was time.
What followed was a whirlwind of moving two households, four horses, five dogs, more chickens than I could count, and rebuilding both our lives and my real estate business in a much smaller town.
There were moments when I wondered if we'd ever get settled.
But through every challenge, every lesson, and every opportunity, I could see God's hand guiding the way.
Coming home has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I've loved reconnecting with old friends, meeting new people, and building relationships in the community that means so much to me.
Sometimes the path God places before us feels uncertain. Looking back, I can see His faithfulness in every step of this journey.
Thank you, Graham, for welcoming me home. โค๏ธ ๐ก ๐
