Congratulations to Cam as we settled today on his new home 🏡! This deal was amazing as Cam only had to bring $700 😮 total to settlement to close the purchase of his home. Always a pleasure helping out a friend and can't wait to celebrate when Das Bierhalle 🍻 opens in Bel Air.

What a great way to start the week!

My seller's home received multiple offers and she was able to pick an offer that was over list price and met exactly all the terms she was seeking.

For my buyer - He was coming out of state to tour a few homes and see what Harford County was like. His wife absolutely fell in love with this Colonial home and we were able to beat multiple offers to go under contract and meet their timeline.

What a great way to end the week and year! I was able to get my buyer under contract on a beautiful rowhome. As soon as we wrapped up the tour, he was obsessed with the home and wanted it. After some negotiations, I was able to get him enough seller's concessions to cover his closing cost also!
