Monday, I went to meet with a young lady who is now a first time homeowner to do the final walkthrough before her closing. It was an interesting day, driving nearly four hours roundtrip, encountering lots of snowy roads along the way, as well as this driveway leading out of the property.

It's a complete white out here again this afternoon as another round of snow makes its way in. We've had snow on the ground for more than two weeks straight, now. I'm surprised that cabin fever hasn't started to set in on me ... yet. 🥶🤪❄️
