Client Feedback from a Real Estate deal done in 2019

I began working with Jeannie in 2017 to start looking for houses and at first it was trial and error. It was a process of discovery of my likes and dislikes and one of the greatest things that I admire her for is her patience. My father was purchasing the home for me and he was much more pickier than I was, but he wanted to be assured that he was leaving me an investment that wouldn't cause me headaches down the road. The process took 2 years! I finally became a homeowner in September 2019, and it was such a taxing process, but Jeannie went above and beyond in helping me. She also reassured me even as a new soon-to-be at the time homeowner she helped me to understand the pros and cons in the various steps from the offer to the closing day. I'm thankful that she also had faith that God worked it all out even when I was experiencing apprehension. If I were to recommend her to someone, then I would say 1 - she is not pushy, but patient, which alleviates a tremendous amount of stress making the home buyer experience actually enjoyable; 2 - she is flexible and adaptable when switching gears (I had taken a break in home searching for a while because of the season and just barely finding anything affordable for my price range; but even when we picked back up she was just as enthusiastic to work with me from the beginning when we first started); 3 - she is also loyal and faith-filled (Jeannie always was an encouragement when my dad would say no and never pressed her view points to make me feel uncomfortable). Again, I would highly recommend Jeannie as your realtor because of her expertise, her patience and her willingness to remain consistent in the process of finding the perfect home for you and your family.
