We acquired a nice looking house in South Hampton NJ that needed a new place to live, so we moved it to one of our lots in Winslow NJ. We had to cut the eves and remove the entire roof to fit under the train bridge along the route. After a long drive we got this house to its new location, put the roof back on, reframed the eves and completely reroofed it. It's now jacked up on crib stacks and we begun excavating for its new footing to prep for a solid foundation.

A perfectly good 3 bed, 2 bath home scheduled for demolition in Wildwood NJ. We folded the roof to clear overpasses and wires, and relocated it to our new lot in Landisville NJ. We put the roof back together, jacked up the house, and started to prep for a new footer and foundation. After those steps are complete we'll set it down and let the homes new transformation begin and get it on the market for a family to enjoy.

Creating safe and affordable housing in Atlantic City. We took a run down, unsafe 44 unit apartment building one block from the ocean and gave it a new life. Here are some before, during, and after phots. We cleaned up and repaired all the rot, rebuilt any failing structural framing, removed all the trash and debris, ran all new plumbing, gas lines, and updated electrical, finished with new drywall, paint, windows, doors, trim, LVP flooring, new kitchens, bathrooms and appliances. This is definitely one of our bigger projects, but we found it extremely meaningful to help revitalize Atlantic City.

Most house flips don't rebuild new foundations. One of the many benefits of our house move projects are the houses will sit on brand new foundations. This Egg Harbor Township home will also have new siding, roofing, decks, a new HVAC system, updated plumbing, electric, and a whole new interior transformation.

We recently sold this home from our portfolio of rental properties!

This is home is in a development where we bought 5 lots and moved 5 houses to and set them up as rental properties. This house was originally in Ocean City! We found a new home for it, held it for a couple years while it appreciated in value, and now a new family will enjoy it for years to come!!

We recently closed on this gem! The house might be in bad shape, but we didn’t buy it for the house, we bought it for the 5 subdividable lots we will get out of it. 🤙🏼🤙🏼 That house will still need a total gut and renovation, but It’s just a step along path.

We closed on this Brigantine property Feb 20th. Had a subdivision plan approved to make this property into two buildable lots on Feb 26th. Had both lots under contract Feb 28th.
We are tearing the house down this week and closing end of next week. In total we owned this property for less than two months. If you know of potential subdividable land, we are interested in buying!

We recently acquired this mixed-use building in Brigantine NJ. We have big plans in the works for redevelopment of this site. Currently, the building is comprised of 14 2-bed units and 7- commercial units. Very excited to see the transformation on this one!! 🤙🏻
