Hey guys 👋🏻 Some of you know I've had an extra stressful, crazy year (I mean, haven't we all, right?) and I wasn't doing real estate full-time. *insert extra appreciation post for for being the most supportive and understanding boss/friend a girl could ask for* For instance, this post is catching up from a closing in January - it makes me cringe to even admit that! But in the spirit of jumping right in, I'm going to be sharing all of the gorgeous homes and client success stories (and maybe some other content 😉) over the next couple of weeks!

Jane and Patrick got this amazing historical home in Cornwall-on-Hudson in the beginning of the year, after selling their gorgeous little getaway further upstate (see the last post if you need proof that these guys have great style! 😉) I couldn't be happier for them, not only were they amazing clients, but they were friends when life got tough. I can't wait to see what they've done to the place since they've moved in, and have that glass of wine we've been talking about for months. ❤️

Super late publicly congratulating Steph and Maggie on their gorgeously renovated home in the Catskills! URE had the pleasure of representing both sides of this one and all of the clients involved were AHMAZING to work with. Deals like this remind me of the amazing connections we make and why I love what I do so much! (Pretty soon I'll be caught up 😉 ...I hope!)

Plus, Melia is an interior designer so I know it's going to look 💣 when they're done! No wonder Mike popped the question not long after they closed! 💕😉 congratulations Mike + Melia!!!!
