Taylor Lake now has 720 new residents.

Many thanks to Claudene, Randy, Richard, Damian, and Andrew from Southwest Aquatic Services. We just stocked the lake with 720 Florida Bass. Each one was 3" to 6" in size. Many residents allowed us access to their property and helped get them into the lake. We placed them in 6 spots and had enough to put some in the retention pond as well. We instructed the fish to eat well, make babies, and don't play with the gators. Of course they don't listen to me.

TLE Board Elections are in June

In March, the TLE board established this year's nominating committee. The purpose is to solicit and organize a list of residents interested in serving on the board and to be on the June annual meeting ballot.

Each June, TLE holds its annual meeting and board election. Seven board positions serve in rotating three-year terms. This year, places five and six are up for election. Bruce Goodbrand currently holds place five, and place six is vacant.

Attached are two sections of the TLE By-Laws for reference.

March 15 8:00AM, meet at the clubhouse

Taylor Lake Community is having a work day. I apologize for not giving an open invitation last time. We were removing trees in the lake from the storm. And safety was priority. We still have some but we have spring work inside and out on the community center and rolling over storage areas. Thanks to our great TLE volunteers!

Registration 7:00-9:00AM the day of the event at the TLE clubhouse.

Weigh-in 4:00 at their TLE clubhouse.
