Father’s Day always has me thinking about family and how much of what we do is shaped by the people who came before us.

I’m pretty grateful to have taken over this office from my father-in-law, Gil Dionne. He built it the right way—focused on people, relationships, and really taking care of the community.

And if you’ve been around long enough, you probably remember the old office awning with the rainbow logo.

At the end of the day, that’s still what we try to be… a local team you know, trust, and feel comfortable walking into.

And even though he was a Yankee fan, I’m grateful for Gil today, and for all the dads who quietly set the example for the next generation.
