A little reintroduction for anyone who’s new around here! 👋 And since this is me outside of my usual real estate setting, this photo is from my recent trip to Malta. 🇲🇹

I’m a Realtor with Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty AND the owner of Form & Function Home Staging. 🏡

I work with buyers and sellers throughout MetroWest and parts of Central Massachusetts, and I love that my two businesses allow me to combine real estate with my love of homes and design.

A few things about me outside of work: I live in Harvard, MA with my husband and our two girls, and we moved into a new home last year. It also happens to be our third fixer-upper… so there’s always a project happening around here! I sometimes share pictures of the renovations and before + afters along the way. 🔨

And when I’m not talking houses (or working on my own), you can usually find me planning my next trip, traveling somewhere new, or with a good book in hand. ✈️📚

Real estate, home staging, design, renovations, travel, and a little bit of life in between; that’s pretty much what you’ll find around here. ❤️

And yes, Malta was every bit as beautiful as it looks. 🇲🇹

This is why I don’t overlook the basement when staging a home.
An empty finished lower level can easily feel like just that… a basement. But once it’s staged, buyers can actually see how the space can be used and how much additional living space the home has to offer.
And that matters both in listing photos AND when buyers walk through the door.
