This is so heartbreaking, yet could have been prevented 💔

As a former respiratory therapist—and now a Realtor®️—I’ve seen firsthand how important air quality is, both for your health and your home. Here’s the thing… radon is actually present in every home. It only becomes a concern when levels rise above recommended limits.

From my experience, I always tell my clients—this is one of those things you don’t want to guess on. I truly recommend having your home professionally tested, and not just for radon, but as part of a full inspection every few years. (I have great home inspectors I can recommend also). It’s such a simple, proactive step that can give you peace of mind and catch things early before they turn into bigger issues. And if elevated radon levels are found, a mitigation system is the gold standard for reducing radon risk and protecting your home and your health.
