Something I've noticed over the past few weeks… there are some really great homes on the market, many of them priced fairly. Buyers are showing interest, but aren't quite ready to make an offer.

And I get it! Buying a home is a big decision, especially with interest rates higher than what we've grown used to.

But there are some positives to the current market worth considering… more homes to choose from, less pressure to make quick decisions, fewer bidding wars, and more room to negotiate on terms.

Interest rates absolutely matter, but so does the price you pay for your home. Rates may change, and refinancing could be an option down the road. But you can't go back and renegotiate the price you paid for your house.

Of course, buying has to make sense for you and your situation. I just think it's worth looking at the whole picture. There may be some really good opportunities out there that deserve a second look. 🏡
