The real secret to selling? It’s not selling.

Too often people think sales is about pushing harder or pitching faster. But the truth? It’s about people: building trust, solving problems, and creating real connections.

Here are 5 rules I live by in sales (and life):

• Trust first, transactions second.
• Listen more than you talk - your client will tell you exactly what they need.
• Don’t fear rejection - it’s feedback in disguise.
• Lead with value, always.
• Keep learning, keep adapting.
