Finishing August with five closings in the bag, each story behind these transactions reflects the vibrant, ever-changing real estate landscape here in DFW.

We welcomed a buyer from out of state, helping them find their perfect new construction home in Texas. They secured some amazing builder incentivesā€”price reductions, closing cost assistance, interest rate buy downs, and best of all, instant equity! Two first-time homebuyers also scored big with builder inventory homes, walking away with fantastic deals that included similar perks. One of these homes was a project we've been working on since late last year. It's incredibly rewarding to see this VA buyer get the keys to his dream home, complete with a refund at the closing table.
