Finishing August with five closings in the bag, each story behind these transactions reflects the vibrant, ever-changing real estate landscape here in DFW.
We welcomed a buyer from out of state, helping them find their perfect new construction home in Texas. They secured some amazing builder incentives—price reductions, closing cost assistance, interest rate buy downs, and best of all, instant equity! Two first-time homebuyers also scored big with builder inventory homes, walking away with fantastic deals that included similar perks. One of these homes was a project we've been working on since late last year. It's incredibly rewarding to see this VA buyer get the keys to his dream home, complete with a refund at the closing table.
On the listing side, we successfully sold two properties—one was a builder's final home in a neighborhood, where the buyer got an unbeatable deal. The other, a stunning home with a 3-car garage, went to a wonderful family downsizing from their current space. Even in a shifting market, deals like these are still out there, and I’m thrilled to be a part of them.
