One less thing on your to-do list.

When inventory or mail arrives at Saltbox, you don’t have to stop what you’re doing or even be there to receive it.

Our team receives your deliveries, scans them in, sorts and organizes everything, brings it directly to your suite, and lets you know when it’s been delivered.

It’s one of the many ways our team helps take the day-to-day logistics off your plate, so you can spend more of your time actually building your business.

Because getting time back matters, too.

Saltbox Chamblee, we’re officially open. 💛
173 of you came out to celebrate with us, and wow. You walked the history wall that braids the story of Chamblee, the building and Saltbox together. You took the tour, hunted down every scavenger hunt keyword and snacked on charcuterie cones while you were at it.
Our whole idea behind this space is simple: different paths brought us here, and what we build next, we build together. Thank you for meeting us at the junction.
Want to see the space for yourself? Book a private tour at the link in our bio. 👇

Your box lineup should make fulfillment easier as your business grows, not more complicated. 📦

It’s easy to add a new box size every time a new product launches. But over time, more sizes can mean more inventory to manage, more reorder points to track, and more decisions at the packing station.

The right packaging strategy changes with your order volume. Early on, that may mean keeping things simple and flexible. As you scale, it can mean consolidating sizes, getting your branding onto the box, and treating packaging as a cost line worth optimizing.

We broke down what your box strategy can look like at each stage of growth, plus five common packaging mistakes that can quietly cost ecommerce brands more than they realize.

A few moments from our Saltbox team off-site.

We spent time connecting with one another, talking about the purpose behind our work, and celebrating the people who bring it to life every day. There were thoughtful conversations, plenty of laughs, and a chance to enjoy being together beyond our usual workdays.

We’re heading back to our communities with a lot of gratitude for this team and fresh energy for the founders we get to support. Here’s to the people who make Saltbox feel like Saltbox. 💛
