✨ TALK BACK TUESDAY: Shampoo Box AND a Long Shower Bench… Too Much? 👀

Dolls, apparently one built in shower feature wasn’t enough. 😂

We’ve got the shampoo box keeping all the products tucked away + a long built in bench giving you extra space to sit, shave, stack towels or, let’s be real… collect even MORE products.

I love a shower that feels custom + luxurious, but do we really need BOTH?

Or is this exactly the kind of extra that makes a bathroom feel FANCY?

Shampoo box AND long bench… YES or unnecessary?

Talk back, dolls! 👇🏽✨

OPEN HOUSES: More Eyes = More Opportunity 🏡✨
One thing I explain to my sellers is that marketing their home doesn’t have to depend on MY sphere alone.

When I take a listing, I have a network of agents who can host open houses too. And every agent brings a different sphere, different connections + different potential buyers through the door.

That means more people sharing the home. More exposure. More conversations. More eyes on YOUR property.

And yes, newer agents often LOVE hosting because it gives them an opportunity to meet buyers + build their pipeline. Meanwhile, my seller gets another person actively marketing their home.

Everybody wins.

Now, do I personally LOVE sitting at open houses every weekend? Absolutely not. 😂

But do I love using every tool + relationship available to give my listings more exposure? Absolutely.

That’s the difference between simply listing a house + actually MARKETING it. ✨

Thank you Monica Kelley + The Monica Kelley Show for having me and talking all things real estate, marketing + what really happens behind the scenes. 💛

Fancy Friday… and arched ceilings are giving everything 💅

This one detail instantly elevates a home and makes it feel more custom, more polished, and yes… more fancy ✨

Arches soften the space, create beautiful flow, and add that subtle luxury you don’t always see but always feel 👀

From entryways to living spaces, they bring character without overwhelming the design

It’s the kind of detail that makes a home stand out the moment you walk in 💎

Because sometimes it’s not about doing more…
it’s about choosing the right details

Live… just fancier 🏡✨

It’s the small touches that people remember most ✨

The thoughtful details.
The follow-ups.
The little moments that make clients feel seen, appreciated, and genuinely cared for 💕

Anyone can sell a house… but creating an experience people actually remember? That’s different 💎

I truly believe real estate should feel personal, elevated, and intentional from start to finish.

Because people may forget the transaction… but they never forget how you made them feel ✨🏡

Talk Back Tuesday… let’s talk glass-enclosed bar areas 👀

This design is everywhere right now… and it’s giving full-on statement 💅

A glass-enclosed bar instantly elevates a space
✨ Showcases your setup
✨ Adds a custom, high-end feel
✨ Creates a designated entertaining moment

It’s like turning your bar into a feature… not just a corner

But let’s be honest…
Are we loving the display or stressing about keeping it styled at all times? 😅

Because some people see a stunning focal point…
and others see one more thing to keep perfect

I need the internet’s opinion 👇
Glass-enclosed bar… must-have or too much?
