These team members recently completed the interview process for our Team Leader positions and have officially been promoted into their new roles.

These decisions were made with a lot of thought and consideration. Performance, attendance, safety, quality, work ethic, and leadership skills were all important parts of the selection process. Being a great Team Leader is about more than doing great work, it’s about having the ability and willingness to lead, support, and develop others.

We appreciate each of these team members for their hard work, dedication, and willingness to step outside of their comfort zones and take on the responsibility of leading others.

Congratulations on your promotions! We’re excited to see you grow in your new roles! 💙

Last week, our team members learned about Headspace, a new wellbeing resource being piloted at our facility!

Headspace offers guided meditation, mindfulness tools, online therapy services, stress-management resources, and mental wellbeing support for all ages. Even better, our Clayton team members can share access with up to 5 family members or friends!

A big thank you to Whitney and Vanessa from our Clayton Wellbeing Team, for joining us to introduce Headspace and share all the resources available. As well as host bingo and provide some awesome prizes!

We’re excited to offer another way to support our team members and their families, both at work and at home! 🧡

Adventure Camp Week 3!

For the past three weeks, our team members have been participating in Adventure Camp, a wellbeing program focused on mental, financial, physical, and personal wellbeing. From encouraging physical activity and time outdoors to providing financial education and mental wellbeing resources, it’s been a fun way to focus on taking care of ourselves in all areas of life!

We’ve had so much fun putting everything together and watching our team members jump in and participate each week.

For Week 3, we broke out the sidewalk chalk for a Chalk Art Competition… and WOW! 🤩 We have some seriously TALENTED team members!

Thanks to everyone who participated and helped make Adventure Camp so much fun! 🏕️🎨
