About David Heape:
A true lifelong local, David Heape was born and raised in the Dallas area, graduating from Trinity Christian Academy in Addison. He studied at Baylor University and earned a business degree with a double major in Entrepreneurship & Marketing. At Baylor he was active with Alpha Kappa Psi - A Professional Business Fraternity, the Hankamer School of Business Student Organization,
and was the Treasurer of the Native American Student Organization. While abroad, he worked for DSM Food Specialties in Delft, NL. David was voted most likely to succeed by his high school graduating class and was recognized by the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce as a Rising Star in the community. He has received numerous awards and accolades for community service and business success. He has been voted a Five Star Professional featured in Texas Monthly Magazine, voted a winner of Addison Magazines Readers’s Choice Awards as Favorite Residential Agent, and was recently honored by the Dallas Business Journal - inducted to the 40 Under 40 class of 2016. Today David owns a successful real estate sales and consulting business, Heape LLC - a Group at Keller Williams Realty. Additionally, Heape LLC develops and maintains multiple hyper-local websites highlighting Dallas area culture, entertainment, and real estate resources. As a lifelong local, David is highly knowledgeable of the Dallas real estate market and is credited by clients and peers as providing passionate, value-based service. He has a consistent proven track record of success, with large scale transactions under his belt, both in the residential and commercial marketplace. The majority of David’s clients own homes and businesses along the Dallas North Tollway & the 75 Central Expressway corridor.
