They reached out to me just last month super motived to purchase a home ….they were renting a townhouse and really wanted a backyard and more living space for their family. With their budget and area they really wanted , it was extremely tough to find a single family home . We looked at a few homes and got an offer accepted on one but their heart wasn’t really set on that one .
