What a pleasant surprise to start the week! This beautiful bouquet of flowers was waiting on my desk when I arrived to the office today. It was so thoughtful of my client's to send this to me and so unexpected. It certainly brightens my day to feel so appreciated. 😍😍 Thank you Randy and Robin.❤️

Not all closings come easy, not all closings are rainbows and unicorns, but knowing how to navigate through the hurdles and obstacles with knowledge, confidence, and experience is what makes everything work out in the end. Having built connections through the years certainly helps when you need it the most.

Today, after several months of searching long and far to find the "right one", we finally made it to the finish line today! We searched in multiple counties within about an hour every direction from this area. About 30 homes or more viewed in total, one prior offer accepted with less than fantastic inspection results which ended that deal.

My buyer's were about to inherit a bunch of personal items left behind that were not wanted, I was able to find someone to come pick up all the garbage left at the road within literally a couple of hours of reaching out! I'd like to give a huge shout out to Dolman's Dump Services for saving the day today! He drove 40 minutes each way to get the job done for us! All items were picked up and hauled away at a reasonable price.

My clients can now happily move into their beautiful new log home! Congratulations to Randy and Robin! Thank you for allowing me to help you through your journey!

Congratulations to my seller on the sale of their vacant lot!

This sale went from the first time I listed it, to a friend that purchased it to have fishing rights at Lake Somerset, who then sold it, and it was purchased by a buyer through me, and now this owner decided to sell it. You could say I've sold it a few times now! 😂🤣
