Stop by tonight 5-7!

We’re getting ready for a fun night at Bowman Chevrolet of Clinton! 🎃

I’ll be there from 5-7 PM with a Mario-themed trunk, so bring the kids by for some candy, costumes, and Halloween fun. Keep an eye out for me and come say hi! 🍄🍬

🏡 Homeownership Tip Series | Episode 2

Cold weather is coming! Take a few minutes to check around your windows and doors for drafts. Replace worn weatherstripping and seal small gaps around the trim to help keep your home cozy and your heat from escaping. 🥶

A simple check: hold your hand near the edges and feel for cold air. A little fix now can make a big difference all winter!

Follow along for more tips to make homeownership a little easier. 🏠

When a past client recommends you, there really is no higher compliment! 🥹🏡

So grateful for the opportunity to help another seller get to the closing table with a successful sale AND an offer over list price! 🎉

And you know it's been a good transaction when the buyers, sellers, and both agents are all smiling for a photo together at closing! 📸

A big thank you to Ryan, Martha Koepfle, and the team at Prestige Title Insurance for helping get our clients to the closing table and being so great to work with, as always!

**Who's next?!** 🏡 Whether you're thinking about buying or selling, I'd love to help you make your next move!

Got to watch our boys bring home the win against Tecumseh today and witness their winning chant, grit, and Redwolf spirit firsthand! 🏈🐺❤️

Makes me even prouder to have sponsored their helmets this season. Proud to support our Redwolves! 🙌🏼
