We are thrilled to officially deliver this 9,225-square-foot space to InBloom Autism Services!🎉

This buildout included two new restroom areas with wall-hung toilets, ADA sinks and countertops, underground plumbing, enhanced HVAC controls, thermostats and zoning, sprinkler improvements, millwork, new flooring, electrical upgrades, ceiling work, and so much more.

🔥 Another space delivered!
Even with a quick turnaround, it’s amazing what a little patching, fresh paint, and a thorough move-in cleaning can do to transform a space. Whether it’s a full buildout or a smaller renovation and refresh, there’s something so exciting about putting the finishing touches on a space and getting it ready for its new occupants.

Construction is nearing completion for the new InBloom Autism Services space at 2 Gateway Boulevard in East Granby, CT! 🌟

Over the past several weeks, we've completed the HVAC ductwork, sprinkler modifications, flooring installation, painting, restroom and foyer finishes, break room, doors and hardware, and installed the toilets and sinks. We're also in the process of installing a new HVAC control system.

Next up: soundproofing the ceilings as we put the finishing touches on this exciting new space. Stay tuned for the final reveal!
