Following graduation with his degree in Hospitality/Tourism, Bryan worked five years at the Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki where he had held several different management positions in departments such as Housekeeping, Bell Desk, and the Front Desk. He was then promoted to Assistant Resort Manager where he managed the entire Hotel Operations. In 2003, Bryan took a position to help open the new Marriott Timeshare Hotel in
Ko Olina. Bryan worked at there at the Marriot for another four years again managing several different departments. While employed there, Bryan was an avid investor and invested in several Real Estate properties and later obtained his Real Estate License. With Real Estate booming in 2005, Bryan was faced with the challenge of trying to divide his time with his employees at the hotel as well as with his Real Estate clients. Knowing that he was not capable of working the two occupations at the same time, Bryan ultimately chose being a Realtor which he has now become one of the most accomplished Realtors in Hawaii.
