Stairs with 3 or more steps should have a handrail. This is for safety. New building codes require this for all steps. Steps that were built previously are not required but highly recommended.

All bedrooms have to have an egress to the exterior of the home. This home had a shed built outside the master bedroom. The curtains are hiding the stunning view of the shed.

A lot of conditioned air can leak through these old whole house fans. If these are no longer in use I recommend you seal them up to lower your heating and cooling costs.

Sometimes leaks are not so obvious such as this one. This one leak happens only during flushing and goes directly into the bowl. Make sure you catch leaks early before they cause major issues.

Even with it being 95+ outside and 120 in the attic. It extremely important to ensure that you look at the roof from the inside and out to make sure you catch any issues that might be present.
