Each of our homes have multiple phone and electrical outlets, cable connections, 2 full bathrooms with porcelain tub and tiles, washer and dryer connections, and large walk-in closets. Whether you choose the two bedroom, Derby home (950 sq. ft. / $750-$900), or three bedroom Belmont home (1100 sq. ft. / $800-$965) you will enjoy an open and airy feeling with options like vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, plank flooring, contemporary cabinetry, modern countertops, brushed nickel fixtures and finishes, just to name a few of the options available in our homes! Additionally, garbage service and maintenance pest control are considered standard features in our community. The spacious living room is accented with a sliding glass door opening to a large terrace. The dining area features an L-shaped breakfast bar, opening the galley kitchen to the dining room. The Belmont Master bedroom enjoys two expansive closets as well as its’ own bath, while the Derby has one large walk in closet. Both homes have a large laundry room with washer/dryer connections and provides space for storage. We are thankful to have had Kenneth at Viera Aiken as our Maintenance Supervisor for the past two years and we know that our community will always cherish the wonderful memories we have of him.
