Just finished negotiating a contract, on a house in Braeloch, for a nice couple. Home inspection being done as we speak. Don't forget that the homebuyer tax credits expire on April 30th. If your looking to buy don't wait until the last minute.

Finally got that closing done. Took bank 9 weeks to approve a fairly easy loan. I just picked up a beautiful house in Woodside. It is 5000sf, 5 beds and 3.5 baths. Sits on one of the premier golf lots in Woodside with a view of Willow Lake. Just need a buyer.

Have a closing today. Big banks just can't get their loans closed in a timely manner. Should have two new listing coming up in the next few days.

Just a couple of quick notes. My partner Christie Boone has decided to get back into the corporate arena. I wish her well. If you are looking to take advantage of either homebuyer tax credit. DO NOT WAIT. The banks are very slow getting their loans closed. My latest is now 8 weeks and counting. Lets find you that house and get you under contract by the end of March so you can get it closed by June 30.

Waiting for the formal commitment letter, from Wells Fargo, for my buyer client. 13 weeks this took. The loan originator, Diane Palmere, the only one that has done her job in a professional and timely manner. Just got a January closing date on one of our listings. Appraisal is today.

Team closed another listing today. Working hard to save a house for 1st time homebuyer couple. Wells Fargo processing department has handled this loan poorly so far. Don't forget the homebuyer tax credit still good until April 30, 2010. Call if you need an explanation as to whether you qualify.

Had a closing yesterday. Seller sold his starter home to move up to larger, newly constructed home. Another very satisfied client.

The homebuyers tax credit has been extended until April 30, 2010 and needs to be closed by June 30 2010. The $8000 tax credit, for 1st time homebuyers, is still available. Anyone looking to sell their present house and buy another can receive up to a $6500 tax credit. You must have been in your present house 5 consecutive over the last 8 years to qualify. Call me should you know anyone that is interested.

Good News. The gov't has voted to extend the home buyers tax credit to April 2010. All homebuyers, that qualify, will be eligible. More details to follow.

Rumor has it that the home buyer tax credit will be extended to April 2010. May apply to all homebuyers if you have been in a primary residence for at least 5 years. More info to follow.
