Realtor attire, does it matter?
Does It matter more In person than on zoom?
Does It depend If you are showing houses vs going to an inspection vs going to a closing?
What are your attire "rules"

Yes, you're a professional- attire matters.

My Rules
*Function over Fashion but strive for both.
*Wear a belt- it's a safety protocol... can be used as a tourniquet and will slow down a perpetrator in a less than ideal situation.
*Keep it business professional for first meetings or most times you are in the office. (Sometimes it's no makeup Monday and it is a casual day overall, but time is very limited to pop ins and outs of the office.)
*Zoom meeting, eh- situational use your best judgement.
*Showing houses and inspections business casual with my favorite accessory- a BELT.
*Showing land, dress accordingly- boots, jeans, belt, long sleeve, messy bun, and a 9mm.
*Closings are generally held in an Attorneys' office, so business professional- and as always wear a belt.

I'm the worst at taking pictures of events- I keep my phone away because I want to be engaged in those around me. Luckily I was able to grab a couple before the night was over. I was awarded the Silver award last night, going for gold this year!

I can not thank my Office Manager Susan and Broker in Charge Cat- you ladies inspire me to continue to strive to be the best me in my personal and professional life! I could not have done this with out! Thank you for always believing in me! 🥰
