We have a Buyer client looking for a farm in the Aiken market area with a residence with either 2 bedrooms and a flex space or 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a two plus stall barn, safely fenced paddocks and pastures, and a space to ride (either on property or a community riding arena). Buyer will be non contingent as of 6/8/26 and is pre approved by a reputable local lender and ready to go. Nothing currently listed and not under contract in her desired price range of under $1 million has been a fit. The first three photos are what my Buyers and I encountered at our final walkthrough, located throughout the living spaces and the barn and had to be removed to create this pile of stuff. The last three were the final result of the clean up done by an amazing group of people who helped us make it right! Happy Buyer clients make us happy Realtors. Thank you to my assistant Mary Trotman, Josh Stader my lender, Luke Merrick my farm manager and the guys from Josh Jackson’s crew who made the Herculean effort and had it DONE so the Buyers could move into their new farm!
