So there were a total of 2 shared bathrooms, which needed to be separated into 4. The space was super tight and difficult to picture a set up that would give the tenants a shower, toilet and vanity that would fit perfectly allowing them to still have a spacious enough bathroom.

—My Father pulled out all of the old
sub-flooring (rotted) and plumbing (damaged/outdated), added new drains, creating a completely brand new foundation for the bathroom.

Hey you guys !! So this project has been going on for a little over a month.

Here’s a little back story- My investor wanted to completely close out each shared bathroom, making them two separate bathrooms. Understandably so, because who’d feel comfortable renting out a Dorm room with your “personal” bathroom linked to another’s ? 😆

Well I found the solution for that and my father was the one who actually took on this task and completely renovated each bathroom. Stay tuned to see the completed project !!! Definitely was not an easy one !
