I hope everyone had a happy and safe Independence Day! I hear a lot of talk about how strange and backwards our world has become, frustration over empty shelves, earlier closing times or in some cases permanent closings. I personally do as much as I can with my eyes closed and noise cancelling headphones firmly over ear to maintain my boyish Winnie the Pooh like blissful ignorance. Sure there is the occasional wrinkle in the spacetime continuum, but one thing that has remained constant the last couple of years is the hot real estate market. The other constant is my listings remain the most visually pleasing, most well thought out and delivered, overflowing with the information buyers want listings on the MLS. If you're not calling me to list your home, you may very well be leaving money on the table and giving away time that you simply don't have.
Since you guys brought up my listings, check out this little number at 2082 Cramer Ave in Ellet. Its unlike anything else being offered anywhere in Ellet, she is fully updated with many beautiful, expensive, and well thought-out updates. I like this house so much that I hopped on this black bear that wandered into my back yard and rode this big fella all the way here to check and make sure someone didn't like it so much that they just moved in without permission over the weekend. Sure enough, she's empty, but has a few lights on so you can see when you visit, and is ready for you and your agent to come have a peak. If you find yourself driving by the blimp hanger, stopping at Strickland's for a soft serve cone, or passing through on your way to Fiesta Pizza, stop on the corner of Cramer and Hilbish and check out the curves on this one. And if you see a dude riding as bear, give me a honk and a wave!
