Are you a jack-of-all-trades with a knack for fixing things? If so, we want you on our team! We're currently seeking two skilled Maintenance Personnel to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
•Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repairs
•Handle basic carpentry work, including painting and drywall repairs
•Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
•Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
•Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal tasks
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and storage areas
Requirements:
•Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
•Proficiency in general repairs and maintenance tasks
•Experience with painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
•Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
•Own basic tools required for maintenance tasks
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for on-call duties
•Must be punctual and dependable
•Spanish speaking a plus!
