I closed on my next fix and flip yesterday. It’s a 4/1.5 on half acre of land in Ravenna. Got this one for 30% of the ARV and guess where ? The MLS. There’s still deals to be found there. Doing a full rehab on this one. Lots of potential here. Here’s some before pictures. I also got another one under contract in Springfield yesterday. Not sure if I’m gonna flip that one or wholesale it. I have more deals coming.
