SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST THROUGH YOUR RESIDENT PORTAL!

Our Maintenance Supervisor, Tom, and the maintenance team are ready to jump into action! 💪🔧 But first, they need to know what’s going on!

📝 Work orders are completed in the order they’re received and based on severity, so submitting your request through the Resident Portal gets it officially in the queue and helps our team stay organized.

✨ Pro tip: Give Tom and the team as much information as possible! Include details, photos, or videos when helpful so they can better understand the issue and come prepared to fix it.

🚨 Remember: Emergencies and urgent issues are prioritized based on severity.

So when your apartment starts making that “uh-oh” noise… 😂 Don’t panic. Don’t ignore it. Submit that work order!

Yesterday we officially welcomed 150+ new residents to our community, and we couldn’t be more excited to have each and every one of you here!

And, of course, we had a little extra help making everyone feel welcome… UA’s very own Zippy hopped into action! 🦘✨ From welcoming our newest residents to helping go over those important welcome folders, Zippy was ready to get the job done!
