Let me just say this deal took some real finesse to get accepted in a crazy bidding war.
This deal took me back to the 2020-2022 market. Back when it felt like every offer I wrote was like scratching off a lottery ticket. But with some real creativity, and some real planning I was winning way more than I was losing. I had to open the old playbook on this one. 📖
