I met these wonderful first time buyers right here on Instagram, and what a journey it has been.
We started searching at the beginning of spring when the market was moving incredibly fast. As VA buyers, we missed out on a few homes that we all truly loved. Each one was disappointing, but I kept reminding them to trust the process because the right home was still out there.
After 16 years in real estate, I’ve seen this happen time and time again. The homes that don’t work out often make room for the one that was always meant to be.
And that’s exactly what happened.
We found the most perfect home in the most perfect location. It checked every box, and looking back, it feels like the stars aligned and everything happened exactly when it was supposed to.
Watching moments like this is one of my favorite parts of my job. If you’re feeling discouraged in your home search, don’t give up. Keep believing, keep looking, and keep trusting the process. Sometimes the best home is the one that’s still waiting for you.
