This past month was a blur of keys, contracts, caffeine… and a whole lot of “WTF were they thinking with that paint color?”

To my buyers: You swiped right on some killer homes, ghosted a few duds, and pulled the trigger like absolute legends. You earned those closing day drinks (yes, plural). 🥂

To my sellers: You deep-cleaned like the FBI was coming over and trusted me to bring the heat 🔥

Between wild showings, weird smells, and one house that looked like a crime scene from a Netflix doc… we got it DONE. 💼💣
