Our Services:
Home Inspection: A comprehensive, top-to-bottom visual assessment of the entire property. It evaluates the overall condition of the home's structure, safety features, and major built-in appliances to give you a broad health check of the house.
Plumbing Inspection: A targeted evaluation of the water supply, drains, waste lines, and plumbing fixtures. Inspectors look for hidden leaks, water pressure issues, water heater functionality, and pipe corrosion. It often includes a sewer scope to check the main line out to the street.
Radon Testing: A specialized environmental test measuring the levels of radon gas inside the home. Radon is an invisible, odorless, radioactive gas that can seep up through the foundation and requires a mitigation system if levels exceed safety thresholds.
Electrical Inspection: A safety-focused check of the home's electrical systems. This includes examining the main breaker panel, checking for proper grounding, ensuring outlets are wired correctly (especially GFCI outlets in wet areas like kitchens and baths), and identifying outdated or hazardous wiring.
Roof Inspection: A focused evaluation of the roof's exterior and interior structures. The inspector checks the condition of shingles or tiles, flashing around chimneys and vents, gutters, downspouts, and the underside of the roof deck in the attic for signs of past or current leaks.
Foundation Inspection: A structural assessment of the home’s load-bearing base. It looks for warning signs like significant concrete cracking, bowing walls, uneven or sloping floors, and poor exterior grading that could cause water to pool against the foundation.
