1 year ago today was a game changer for the company. I tackled a project that was $95,000 in renovations. This was in an area I knew very well, my grandparents raised me a couple streets over, and to do a project in my hometown and show my worth was so gratifying! 23 windows, new roof, eliminated boiler system and added HVAC, turned a ZERO bathroom house into 2.5 baths, replaced 25 feet of the main stack had to dig up all the basement concrete, restored all the original oak flooring and trim, completely made an open space concept kitchen fully functional, eliminated all k**b and tube wiring and re-ran all the electric up to code, from start to finish only took me 4 months from purchase of property to selling of the property. And if you made it this far, I met the love of my life during this project and never could’ve imagined how much life can change in 365 days.
