Coo coo ka choo Mrs. Robinson! Another successful closing! Ms. Robinson was referred to me and it turned out that she had less time than we originally expected when she found out that her landlord was selling the home she was already in and ahead of needed to be out by the end of May! Boy, didn’t God do it?!? It took a couple of tries and several showings but we found the perfect one for her and thanks to having a spectacular lender, Rob Anderson, we were able to get it to the closing table in TWO WEEKS!! That’s almost unheard of!

The listing agent paid me the best compliment!
