Do you know what the problem is here? Roof leaks leading to mold/mildew in the attic since it's been wet for extended periods. Not ideal.

Sterling Home Inspection came to be in 2017 as I wrapping up my Undergraduate degree at Alabama. I had just returned from the Navy back home! I spent around a year as a Realtor in the Birmingham area, and after seeing what a home inspection was and how they functioned, I thought I could do it better! I took the knowledge of construction that I had and I merged it with my time in the Navy performing inspections on aircraft (E2-C for anyone curious). Now here we are 5 years later with 5 inspectors, a septic company, and a ton more being planned out for 2023.
