Yesterday I earned the Home Finance Resource certification from the National Association of Realtors.

The HFR course taught me some good information. Here’s a few of the topics covered:
1. The historic and current practices of financing a home
2. Loan products and regulations
3. How to best serve clients

My career in real estate started with my love for learning, and it will continue that way, for the benefit of me and my clients 🙂

🔔 Anyone in the market for a home but the existing homes just aren’t doing it for you? New homes continue to be a great option for many homebuyers and are worth considering. Here’s some reasons why:

🏘️ Inventory
• Existing homes are currently in low supply and with the proportionately large supply of new constructions there are more options for buyers

🥕 Incentives
• Builders are offering some intriguing incentives like below market interest rates and price reductions on unsold homes

🕊️ Peace of Mind
• New homes offer new bones, modern styles, newer technology, warranties, lower insurance premiums, and generally, less problems
