2025 Recap ✨
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

This year was full in the best way. Between family travel, beach days, and countless games cheering on my boys at water polo, life moved fast. Wiley soars higher while continuing to master his dirt jumps, and Bodie earned his driver’s license and applied to college—milestones that still don’t feel real.

Professionally, I had the honor of helping clients buy and sell ✨7 homes✨ across Alameda and the East Bay, and I closed out the year with two more in escrow. I also have a handful of buyers who shopped with me last year and haven’t found the one yet—and I’m so grateful for their patience and trust. I can’t wait to help them get there in 2026. The right home is always worth waiting for. And I’m already hard at work on my new listing coming later this month—she’s really something…
