Congratulations to my wonderful clients for closing on this fabulous Vintage Alameda property. My client worked with Dodge Ward at RE Mortgage Advisors and I have to say I can recommend Dodge and company fully, I honestly haven’t had a better experience with a lender in a real estate transaction!. This was a pretty straightforward sale, but we did have to navigate sewer lateral repairs which we had the seller pay for, although initially they weren’t offering to do so, so I’m happy I could negotiate that for my clients and save them quite a bit of money. And although there were other offers, I made sure to keep strong lines of communication open with the sellers agent so that they were ultimately chosen! Thank you to Joe Loparo of kwadvisors of Alameda for being a stellar agent and a great example of just how to make a bumpy transaction easy for all parties! Can’t wait to work with all of you again for a great client experience !
