Congratulations to our clients on their gorgeous and historic district, Glendale home purchased for $268,000 under asking 😳! Additionally, although the seller was adamant about no further discounts; with tact and tenacity, we negotiated an additional $40,000 in credits which allowed our clients to close and make repairs with more cash in their pockets! Happy buyers and happy sellers, these are the kinds of results we get to be pretty proud of! Thank you to for being a fantastic realtor and referral partner. Somehow the universe brings me the BEST clients and I am forever grateful. I’m especially happy for them because they got into a great neighborhood at under asking price and saved $$$ by being patient and unafraid. This seller overpriced to begin with, in part because the surrounding homes are valued so high. With the right timing, tenacity and thorough inspections, my buyers got a great house at a good value. (Ultimately almost 330k under his original asking price last year!!) There are many original vintage 1930s details inside that are so charming and so appreciated by my clients, it’s a great feeling to see the classic details valued and loved! Congrats again to all and thank you for trusting me to walk along side you through this! 💕
