I’ve finally done it! After all these years, I’ve found a assistant and partner. Meet Katelynn Grace; a bright-eyed agent with over 10 years in the real estate industry as a , , and administrative taskmaster. I met Katelynn about 8 years ago. We connected immediately and I took her in under my wing. Had it not been for her moving to and traveling the Eastern Hemisphere, I would’ve brought her on board much sooner. We reconnected after she returned to the states and a position opened up at my brokerage, . She was hired as an Agent Concierge and for the past 3 years has helped create a welcoming and collaborative environment. We are one of the top-producing Berkshire Hathaway branches by volume, and she is surely in part to thank for that. I see much of myself in Katelynn and am excited to take her on as my mentee. Like me, this girl is full of passion and drive. She is a certified ADU ( ) specialist and goes to school for while supporting an office of over 30 agents. Much like myself, she cares deeply for her clients and will go to any length to see that they are cared for. I look forward to helping her hone her skills as an , and can now breathe easy knowing I have a helping hand when I need one. I had my sights set on her from the get-go, and now all the pieces are falling into place. I can’t wait for you to meet her and see why no one else could serve me and my clients better than Katelynn Grace.
