I know I've certainly seen a slow down in the market. We've entered the spring season when we're accustomed to seeing a lot of activity with buyers and sellers. So far it's been pretty quiet. Maybe the recent weather, maybe prices have gone so high there are fewer eligible buyers, or all the above. If you're a buyer this is very good news because houses aren't selling in hours any longer. You may even avoid a multiple offer situation on the property you'd like to buy - image that!
