🌲 Your Essential Guide to Scouting Vacant Land
Start with a Strategy Session: Give me a call first. Once we’ve narrowed down your top picks, I’ll send over the detailed listing sheets you need.

Gear Up: Bring those listing sheets and a reliable pen. You’ll want to jot down notes and "gut feelings" while you’re standing on the dirt.

Navigate Like a Local: Use the turn-by-turn directions I provide. GPS can be famously unreliable in our rural corridors, and these notes will lead you seamlessly from one property to the next.

Pack the Essentials: High-altitude scouting takes energy! Bring plenty of water and snacks to keep your focus sharp.

The "Sky Divider" Photo Trick: Take plenty of pictures. Pro-Tip: Take a photo of the sky in between different properties. This acts as a visual "bookmark" in your camera roll so you know exactly where one lot ends and the next begins.

The Process of Elimination: As you go, fold up and set aside the sheets for any properties that are definitely not "the one." It keeps your headspace clear for the true contenders.
