She’s never closed a deal, but honestly? Her advice isn’t bad. Know your budget before you fall in love. Look past the pretty stuff. Ask the hard questions before you claim the yard.
Her negotiating style, however, is mostly napping. So if you’re buying in the San Luis Valley, you might want me instead. 😉
