I’ve been extremely busy helping others with their dreams of living in Northern Michigan and I haven’t posted many of the views of God’s beauty. Today I opened up one of my listings for another agent to show, so while they are in the house, I’m enjoying the opportunity to listen to the waves rolling in!!!

If you know me, you know I love baseball. That being said, today I had a triple crown kinda day!!! I have a new listing (awesome home on Carp Lake), a closing (77 acres) and an accepted offer (I can’t disclose this yet)!!!

I have been so busy lately that I just realized that we are half way through July already. I’ve spent a lot of time this last month showing and listing homes on Lake Michigan, Lake Huron, and the Inland Lakes around the area. Tomorrow, I will have yet another home listed on Paradise Lake (Carp Lake). Stay tuned. Another incredible place in God’s Country. So Blessed to be helping others. ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸🏡🏘️

Put out a couple signs on my new listings, sign was up for about a half hour and I received a call from a guy who said he saw my face and wanted some information about the property!!!! Life is Great!!! Lake Huron life is spectacular.
