I am a full time real estate agent licensed in the state of Oregon servicing Albany, Corvallis, Salem, Lebanon, Monmouth, Independence, Dallas, McMinnville, Philomath, Aumsville, Turner, Stayton, Scio, Jefferson and surrounding areas in the Mid-Willamette Valley. I am a native Oregonian who was born in Corvallis, raised in Albany and currently live in Salem so I’m very familiar with the Willamette valley and all the real estate opportunities it has to offer. My experience with buying and selling real estate for personal use and investment is what led me to earning my real estate license. I also earned my Investment Property Specialist Certification in order to solidify my practical knowledge. In addition, I currently own investment properties, single family homes and multifamily complexes. Doing fix and flips have taught me so much when it comes to purchasing and managing our investment and personal properties. Being rooted in this community gives me insight into how properties are performing in various areas and helps me to identify the best opportunities for property types and market areas. Paired with my intimate knowledge of the area, I am naturally solution oriented and make connections for my clients easily.
