This week we had the best closing day with the new homeowners of 156 Pheasant Dr. in Leesburg! It also happened to be Morgan’s birthday AND sweet Harper’s birthday, so of course we had to celebrate birthdays and a brand-new home all at once.

Harper LOVES dinosaurs, so naturally we had to say…

The House Hunt is Officially Extinct! ✨🦖🏡

And this may have been the easiest transaction ever. They toured ONE house, fell in love almost instantly, we wrote the offer, and the rest just fell into place.

We are so excited for this family and all of the memories they’re going to make here. This was one of those closings that was just fun from start to finish!
