I suspected these calls were coming, I've had this listing a week today and hadn't gotten a chance to go clean up the yard, well I got a call from the neighbor that noticed my sign this morning, followed by a call from code enforcement. While frustrated since I've only had this a week and it closes in 10 days, I could sympathize with them so I went ahead and mounted the mid mower, gathered up some tools and headed down to make some peace. The call from the neighbor was at 8:30, by 11 I had cleaned it up to his satisfaction, although not perfect, it's good for now, given the circumstances.
This neighbor was so happy and impressed with my quick action, especially after how we started our morning.
